Chairman of the Board
After graduating from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 1993 with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Alaaddin Birkan Yüksel began his engineering career. He started by working in various technical and managerial positions within the energy sector, gaining in-depth expertise in generator technologies and energy systems. In 2012, together with his ITU alumni colleagues Yahya Kemal Teryaki and Recep Aşırok, he founded Arken Generator.
Alaadtin Birkan Yüksel currently serves as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Arken Group and Arken Generator.
Member of the Board
Yahya Kemal Teryaki, a 1991 graduate of Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Department of Electrical Engineering, has over 30 years of experience in the generator industry. In 2012, together with his colleagues Alaaddin Birkan Yüksel and Recep Aşırok, he founded Arken Generator, making significant contributions to Turkey’s energy sector.
Member of the Board
Recep Aşırok, a graduate of Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Department of Electrical Engineering, is one of the founding partners of Arken Generator, established in 2012. With over 30 years of experience in the generator industry, Aşırok has made significant contributions to the company’s growth and development.
Executive Board Member
Mustafa Küçükbaş, a graduate of Istanbul Technical University (ITU) with a degree in Management Engineering, began his career in the engineering field and gradually advanced to managerial positions, taking on key roles within the industry. As the General Manager of Arken Generator and a Member of the Executive Board, Küçükbaş is responsible for defining the company’s strategic goals, ensuring the effective execution of operations, and managing growth processes in the national market. He is highly skilled in team management, strategic planning, and analytical problem-solving.
Executive Board Member
Hakan Öztürk, a graduate of Istanbul University’s Department of Mechanical Engineering, completed his master’s degree at Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration and Organisational Management at Istanbul Arel University. As the General Manager of Arken Power Solutions and a Member of the Executive Board, Öztürk also holds board memberships at the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK), and Lighting Equipment Manufacturers Association (AGİD), as well as assembly memberships at the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (İSO) and the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (İTO).
Executive Board Member
A graduate of Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration, Tufan Türkeç has been serving as the General Manager of Arken Assist within Arken Generator since 2022. As a member of the Executive Board, Türkeç manages after-sales services, maintenance, spare parts, and technical support operations. He plays a key role in expanding the service network across Turkey and implementing sustainable energy solutions.
