Our Human Resources Policy

Recruitment and Placement

In line with our growth potential, strategic planning, and future objectives, we implement a recruitment process based on equal opportunity, without discrimination on the grounds of religion, language, gender, age, or similar factors, ensuring that candidates are selected according to the experience and competencies required for each position.

We actively utilise all available resources (such as online platforms, newspaper advertisements, university career centres, and professional chambers) during the recruitment process. The initial interviews are conducted by our Human Resources department through face-to-face meetings, focusing on analysing the candidates’ compatibility with our corporate culture and their core competencies.

Candidates deemed suitable are invited for a second interview with the relevant department managers for professional evaluation. When necessary, additional assessments such as tests, skill measurements, language exams, machine operation, or test drives may be conducted to measure professional competence.

Our main goal is to attract high-potential candidates who can be considered for different positions within our continuously growing and developing company, ensuring an effective and efficient workforce through rotation practices, training, and personal development opportunities.

Training and Development

Among our company’s Human Resources practices are training programmes designed to enable our employees to quickly adapt to changing local and global conditions and to continuously enhance their competencies. Our main objective is to equip our employees with the knowledge required by the modern age while ensuring that each individual becomes creative, solution-oriented, process-based, capable of using information effectively, and able to think flexibly and with a focus on results.

Our training journey begins with the Orientation Programme implemented for all new employees and continues with individual programmes developed based on personalised training needs analyses. The programmes we organise to improve both technical and behavioural competencies ensure that our employees remain efficient and productive in line with continuous development.

Performance Management

All our employees undergo a performance evaluation once a year. The basis of these evaluations is the percentage of achievement of the annual targets set. In addition to work efficiency and expectations, assessments are also made in areas such as compliance with corporate values, managerial skills, and the ability to build potential for the future. The results of these evaluations are actively used throughout the training and development process.
